lift door could not be closed

i haven't moved in to the sausalito but there are many times i found that the lift door could not be closed. the security guard in tower 6 had to push the lift door outside and sometimes they failed so i have to take other lifts. is it a common problem in the sausalito?

Tower 7 too.... but not always.
