按摩椅和騎馬機

本人是最近才搬入來，
見clubhouse 有些按摩椅和騎馬機，
但按摩椅又說要登記，
不明所以，
到底兩者是否需要收費？
登記是什麼意思？

登記是make sure you're the resident of Sasaulito.  It's free of charge.

Yes. Just give 住戶證 to the staffs.  

They will switch on the massage chair for you and teach you how to use it.
