According to the

BUILDING MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 34G
Management expenses of unsold property

(1) If, at the time a deed of mutual covenant was or is made in respect of a
building, any share in the building had not or has not been sold, the owner
for the time being of the share shall, for so long as it remains unsold, be
liable to pay the management expenses relating to the share as if he had
purchased that share subject to the deed of mutual  covenant.

EOC member, how many retained flats or unsold flats are there in Sausalito? Is CK paiding all the management fees of these unsold flats?
GW has the duty to collect those for us, and if they cannot that means they fail to perform the duty as the manager of Sausalito, and ask them not to make
this as an excuse in providing understandard services.

According to Section VI of Deed of Mutual Covenant, Clause B Poers and Duties of the Manager (GW) Point 1.6
It it the manager's duty to provide lighting and to keep all the Common Areas well lit.

How come there are no lights for the outdoor swimming pool?

Can any EOC member follow up on this?
