My feeling changed a lot from disappointment of poor quality of CK developer in terms of building material and our service management to living very happy here NOW. I do not mean our service management is the best but , honestlly speaking, they are improving and more reasonable.
I don't know why??? I have a chance to visit "Lake Silver" from premises to Clubhouse. WO!!!!!! Wa!!!!!!! I do not believe SINO Group and MTR can provide such a wonderful, pretty, grand and elegant Clubhouse to their residents. One day visit make me so happy :-) It's my first time to say it really worth for HK$2.1 for the management fee for that services and facilities provided. Also, for potential re-sale and investment point of view, "Lake Silver" will be a focus in Ma On Shan area.
However, when I went back to Sausalito I found myself enjoying living here more as it's natural environment. There are still many problems i.e. unreasonable dog barking cause noisy problem, no traditional wet market for easy shopping, below standard of new cleansing worker, etc.....
Still, I love to live here :-)
It make me feel really comfortable and relax.........when I walk inside to our Estate.
This is my personal feeling and sharing, if you like "Lake silver", yes, that's Great, Grand, Grand and Grand...........more spacious and good return of your investment in future.
If you like natural or hoilday feel, you may consider "Sausalito". Little secret: Sausalito is a lucky place.
