請問你哋部雪櫃夠唔夠凍?

同埋你哋開幾多度?
我果部就開5度/5度以上個雪花圖案部雪櫃都好似唔夠凍咁既?

My switch is on 2.5 level, but already very very cold. Is yours not cold enough ? May be you can call the technician from our management team.

May be. They have helped me to repair the drawers in my kitchen 3 times !
They also helped me to check the problem of the ventilation fan in the kitchen. They are very helpful. Lets try to contact them first.
